Geography: Located at the confluence of the Missouri River and Sun River.  Lewis and Clark National Forest lies to the south with the Little Belt Mountains. To the west is the Rocky Mountain Front.

Transportation: Great Falls, Montana is located along Interstate 15 near the intersections of Hwy 87 and Hwy 89.  Great Falls International Airport is 7 miles out of town.

Weather:  Average high temperature in the summer ranges from 74° in June, 84° in July, and 82° in August, with average lows in the high 40s to low 50s.  June usually has the most rainfall with an average of 3.1 inches. The average high temperature in the winter ranges from 37° in December, 34° in January, and 36° in February, with average lows in the mid teens.  The average snowfall in December and January is 7.4 inches.
