Geography: Twin Bridges, Montana is situated between the Tobacco Mountains to the east and the Ruby Mountains to the south.  The Ruby, Beaverhead, and Big Hole River all join together to form the Jefferson River near town.

Transportation: Twin Bridges is located along MT highway 41 between Dillon and Butte, at the junction of highway 287.  Butte is approximately 33 miles north and Dillon is 30 miles south. The closest airport is Bert Mooney located in Butte.

Weather:  Average high temperature in the summer ranges from 75° in June, 84° in July, and 82° in August, with average lows in the mid 40s.  June usually has the most rainfall with an average of 1.9 inches. The average high temperature in the winter ranges from 35° in December, 34° in January, and 40° in February, with average lows in the mid teens. The average snowfall in December and January is 2 inches.
